About the firm

SS Legal Associates is a Delhi-based full-service law firm. We act for banks, financial institutions and corporate clients from chambers on Parliament Street, New Delhi. The practice is carried by a core team of six advocates and associates; its managing partner is Adv. Sube Singh. The six are introduced under Advocates.

We take instructions in writing, and confirm the forum and the timeline before anything is filed. After each hearing we report the same day, in terms the client can act on. Where a matter can be settled we say so early; where it cannot, we prepare it for the full course before the tribunal and the court.

We appear before the Delhi High Court, the District Courts of Delhi and NCR, the Debt Recovery Tribunals I, II and III at Delhi, the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal at Delhi, the National Company Law Tribunal, the Central Administrative Tribunal, and the Consumer Commissions at the District, State and National levels.
